02What We Store
Everything RiseYou stores falls into two groups. Neither is used to track you across other websites, and we don't sell or share any of it for advertising.
Essential
Keeps you signed in and the site working securely. Always on.
Preferences
Remembers choices you make, like tours you've seen or a draft job post.
Analytics
Not used. We don't run analytics trackers today.
Advertising
Not used. No ad pixels or retargeting cookies.
03Essential
These are strictly necessary for RiseYou to work. Without them you can't sign in or use the platform securely. Because they're essential, they don't require your consent, but we list them here so you know exactly what they are.

04Preferences
These remember things you've done on RiseYou so you don't have to repeat them, like a tour you've already seen or a job post you haven't finished. They're only set when you use the feature, stay on your device, and are never used for tracking. Clearing your browser storage resets them.

05Analytics & Advertising
RiseYou doesn't currently use any analytics or advertising cookies. There's no Google Analytics, no ad pixels and no retargeting on our site.
Your cookie settings still include Analytics and Marketing switches so you can record your choice in advance. If we ever add a tool in either category, we'll list it here first and only turn it on for people who have said yes.
07Third Parties
The only outside service that may set cookies on RiseYou is our payment processor, Stripe. Its secure payment form loads only on checkout and billing pages, where Stripe may set cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
08Managing Your Preferences
You can update your cookie preferences at any time without leaving the platform. Your choice is saved and applied immediately.

09Browser-Level Controls

Note: Blocking all cookies or site storage in your browser will prevent you from signing in to RiseYou. We recommend using our preference manager above instead of blanket browser blocking.
10Updates to This Policy
We'll update this policy whenever we add or remove a cookie or stored item, add a new outside service, or the law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If we make a material change — such as adding a new category of cookie that requires your consent — we will present the cookie banner again so you can review and update your choices. For minor changes (e.g., correcting a cookie duration), we will not re-display the banner.
